Paul Riley arrived at Dorchester Lottery headquarters with his dog, Raven, to claim his one-time cash option prize of $2.6 million before taxes.

Paul Riley said he plans to donate some of his winnings to the Animal Rescue League as well as to buy a new car for his wife.
